Parkside Candy Shop & Factory

Preservation Studios worked with the owner and operator of Parkside Candy to rehabilitate both the candy shop and production factory for continuing their original use. The candy shop is one of the finest Adamesque interiors in the region and operates much as it did when it first opened. Offices and apartments above the shop were renovated as well with the apartments having been vacant for many years. The factory was largely focused on exterior repairs including replacement the unsympathetic windows with historically accurate replicas. The most notable change at the exterior was an in-kind replacement of the iconic neon sign.
